Eviron

Eviron is a small town and locality situated south of Tweed Heads in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, in the local government area of Tweed Shire. Eviron forms part of the state electorate of Lismore and the federal division of Richmond. Eviron is found between Duranbah to the east and Condong to the west.

History

Eviron had a population of 194 people at the 2016 census. The Northern Rivers region of New South Wales has had a notably older population at recent censuses, owing to its popularity with retirees thanks to its pleasant warm weather and tranquil beachside lifestyle.
